In 2016, poke became one of the most Instagrammed foods on the West Coast. The vibrant colors of the raw ingredients made for the perfect aesthetic. Pok the Raw Bar asked me to develop a brand that paralleled their premium ingredients, social atmosphere, and purpose-driven company. As they set out to re-imagine healthy, pure, and delicious food, I set out to reimagine what the poke brand experience could feel like. My mission was to equate eating at Pok The Raw Bar with living a high-quality life. I filmed, edited, and produced short, consumable, mouth-watering videos showcasing the high-quality ingredients of their signature bowls and their hip atmosphere and captured hundreds of photos that told the story of their brand: vibrant, premium, and stylish. I curated a lifestyle around the brand to connect with their consumers on a level greater than just taste.
